DRY CUT WALK BEHIND BLADES

  
DRY CONCRETE BLADES are manufactured with a high concentration of top quality diamonds. They are designed to be used on low horsepower saws. (.300" diamond height).
 

APPLICATION INFORMATION

Shallow cuts (not more than 1" per pass) should be taken with dry cutting blades to avoid overheating steel centers. Blades that have segments with a width of 3/16" (.187) or wider can be used on higher horsepower saws. A popular application for wide dry blades is sawing for traffic control sensors.
 
Dry cutting diamond blades are recommended for use when it is not practical for water to be used as a coolant.   If water is available and can be used it is recommended that wet diamond blades be used.Each blade has a wide cutability range to assure versatility from job to job. 

Cured Concrete 

DC 20P

For cutting cured concrete dry on a concrete saw with 18 horsepower or less

Green Concrete 

DC 60P

For cutting green concrete dry with medium-soft to hard aggregate on a concrete saw with 18 horsepower or less
DC 70P

For cutting green concrete dry with soft aggregate and abrasive sand on a concrete saw with 18 horsepower or less

Asphalt 

SS

All Asphalt blades have sweep segments to reduce undercutting
DC 60P-SS

For cutting asphalt dry with medium-soft to hard aggregate on a concrete saw with 18 horsepower or less
DC 70P-SS

For cutting asphalt dry with soft aggregate and abrasive sand on a concrete saw with 18 horsepower or less
