CORE DRILL RIGS - Gator Rig 1
The GR1 professional drill stand is designed for medium to heavy-duty drilling applications. Standard bit capacity of 10”. Maximum 16” capacity with optional spacers.

STANDARD FEATURES

Column:

  • Precision zinc plated square column 3” x 46” bolted to the base
  • Built-in jack screw
  • Gear rack welded to column

Base:

  • Cast aluminum 14” x 18”
  • Web design for easy anchor bolt mounting
  • 4 leveling screws for alignment on all types of surfaces
  • Removable wheel assembly
  • Slotted base can accept optional quick-release vacuum assembly
  • Accomodates vacuum pad without loss of machine Stability
     

Roller Carriage:

  • Precision rack and pinion gear system
  • Adjustable stainless steel rollers for precision alignment and smooth travel
  • Single lever “slip through” handle
  • Lock bolt for securing carriage in a position
  • Control Panel with amp meter and 120V outlet for vacuum
  • 32” carriage travel
